In todays world marital rape is neither uncommon nor stray incident.It is gaining momento gradually.
"Once married consent cant be rescinded"
this aforementioned view within the certain judicial bodies played crucial role against making 498A a complete safeguard solution for women where justice is concerned.
So stage protest ,be vocal to make those slezy weasel law keeper accept MARIAL RAPE as constitutionally offence.

The initiative taken by the govt. of India passing the law regarding DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT AGAINST WOMEN 498A is praise worthy.But the loophole in it is exclusion of 42G of IPC.
Still by Indian Judiciary point of view,Marital Rape is not a prevalent issue.
They still believe,"Once married consent can not be rescinded"
