The initiative taken by the govt. of India passing the law regarding DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT AGAINST WOMEN 498A is praise worthy.But the loophole in it is exclusion of 42G of IPC.
Still by Indian Judiciary point of view,Marital Rape is not a prevalent issue.
They still believe,"Once married consent can not be rescinded"
